Hello there, and welcome to “Simply You” I am Chef Renée. Today we are going to be doing foods that help with weight management, all right. It’s important for us not to beat ourselves up but to have the right attitude about weight management.

There’s a lot more to weight-loss and keeping the weight off.

It involves several things. It encompasses physical activity. It encompasses nutrition. It encompasses our subconscious and how we’re thinking. So we got to think about those things when we’re discussing weight reduction, weight management, weight gain, or just being stable with our weight. Right!

Today, I’m, going to make a number of recipes for you. Hopefully, they will help you keep weight management in mind. Because I could tell you a million things to prepare literally, but it won’t do any good if you don’t have the right attitude or mindset.

So what I ‘d like you to do if you’re interested in weight loss is to start to re-think the way or to think about the way you think about food. The manner in which you think about physical activity. The way you cope with stress, and when you wake up in the mornings, you take a deep breath and say: okay, what’s on the schedule today? Then, I’m going to eat today …

Roasted Tofu w/Carrots & Daikon Radish

Roasted Tofu Recipe

Dice the Tofu

Soy Sauce

Add a little Olive Oil.

3.4 tbsp of Corn Starch

Paprika

Roast in the oven for 45 minutes
